Payment
You can purchase Aubliq products securely through PayPal. It is a reliable payment method that protects consumer rights. With your PayPal account, you may pay using cash, credit card, or other available methods.
Shipping & Tax
We offer worldwide shipping via EMS from South Korea. Delivery usually takes 7–10 days. Depending on your country of residence, customs duties or taxes may apply. Since rates differ by country, please check with your local customs office for precise information. All taxes and duties are the buyer’s responsibility.
Production
Aubliq products are proudly made in South Korea. We oversee every stage of production ourselves, without outsourcing to low-cost labor markets. Every product is carefully inspected at our studio before shipping.

We approach quality not only as makers but also as passionate collectors and enthusiasts. Because we understand the emotional satisfaction that comes from owning a well-made product, we set our standards high. Each item is inspected under these standards, and the process is recorded to minimize error. Since our beginnings in 2020, Aubliq has earned recognition from brands and customers alike—thanks to our uncompromising dedication to finishing and detail.
Warranty
12 months from the date of purchase.
A warranty card is included in the package and covers defects in the product itself.

Please note:
Failures or damage caused by improper use, negligence, natural disasters, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or normal aging are not covered under this warranty.
Wrinkles and natural patterns in genuine leather are part of its character and not considered defects.
Return Policy
You may return your product within 14 days of receipt.
The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging (with the protective seal intact).
Once we receive the returned product in acceptable condition, we will issue a refund.
Please note that return shipping fees are not refundable. If the product is returned damaged or used, we cannot process the refund.
