Payments
You can pay via Paypal. You will receive invoice mail after confirming your oder. Currently, we do not accept credit cards or other payments, but soon it will be available.
Shipping & Tax
We offer Worldwide shipping with EMS, from Korea. Normally it takes 7 days to delivered.
Tax / duty for import might occur in your country. Every country has a different charging rate, so please check your local import legislation for more information. Additional tax / duty is not our responsibility.
Manufactory
Including Finely precision Alloy frame, Handcrafted Genuine Leather parts, and packages. Our products are fully designed and made from Seoul, Korea. To lower the production cost, we could manufacture our products overseas country, but to guaranty a better quality, we made a best choice.
Quality Check
Before we ship our products, We are checking the final quality and taking photos with serial No. Our checklist specifically focuses on the finishing quality, scratches, dents, stains, and assembly. We discard products that dose not pass quality inspection. Believe it or not, we have a watch enthusiasts view.
Warranty
Warranty Period - 12 Months from the date of purchase.
You can find the warranty card in the package. It warrants the defects on the product itself. To perform a warranty contact us at the@aubliq.com with your purchase information and a detailed description of the issue.
Please note,
Failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness, a natural disaster, unjustifiable repair or modification, aging cannot be repaired free of charge.
Wrinkles and patterns that occur naturally in genuine leather are not defects.
Return Policy
You can return our product within 14 days of having received it. The product must remain in unused, original condition, and in its original packaging( The protective seal must not be broken). After we receive our products back, you can get money back(return shipping fee is not included). If we receive a damaged or worn product, we will be unable to process your return. To return or change your product, please contact us at the@aubliq.com so that we can take the necessary action as soon as possible.
